The short “Happy to Help” written by Parker Bohl has been greenlit at Oral Roberts University to be produced through the school as a Directing and Producing class project. “Happy to Help” will explore how artificial intelligence contrasts with human identity. Bohl summarized the film as “AI versus empathy.”

The film is to be directed by Bohl and will star Conner Burdette as the lead.

Bohl and Burdette have previously worked together as actors on multiple short films in the sketch comedy group Joie Ink. This will be their first collaboration on a Logic Frog Media production.

Production is scheduled to begin in mid April. The film will be pre-screened at Oral Roberts University at the beginning of May. An official release date has not been confirmed.
